After two and a half years of anxiety caused by the delay and misinformation on the part of our landlord it was great relief to have you come to our rescue. The unfailing good humour of your team and your calm, reassurance of no inconvenience – which, indeed, there wasn’t – made the repairs pass almost un-noticed and was not at all what we had been led to expect. Thank you also, for restoring the grassed areas, “you can hardly see where they have been” said one neighbour and a special thank you to your member of your team who, when checking that the portacabin had been collected, noticed that it had done a little damage to the area where it stood promptly set about rectifying it,

The UK Drainage team came promptly to identify what needed doing and to quote for the job. They kept to the date agreed for the start of the work. The team of 3 worked hard in a week of very hot and then very wet weather. They were pleasant and professional throughout and completed the job on time. The final invoice was the same as the initial price quoted.
